Ball Valves

2 Way Ball Valves

Instrumentation ball valves are available in sizes of 1/8 inch through 1 inch with any combination of FNPT, MNPT, or dual ferrule tube fitting connections. 6000PSI or 10000PSI pressures are available. These valves are 316 stainless steel construction, with a wide variety of soft seats available (PTFE is standard).

General Product Features

General product features:

  • Vee tip design for accurate flow control
  • Rolled and hard plated stem threads and tip stellated to prevent galling and extend life of valve

  • Fully supported packing to reduce the need for adjustments
  • Packing nut is fast and easy to move for external adjustments
  • Dust cap prevents contaminant and lubricant washout from bonnet assembly
  • Maximum Working Pressure (MWP) and Temperature
    • 4000 psi (280 bar) at 200°C
  • Temperature rating: -50°C to 121°C
  • Built to MSS-SP-99
  • ISO 9000 Certified

Quality Test Procedure

  • Nitrogen Gas at 1200 psi (80 bar) to ensure no leakage at seal and seat
  • Hydrostatic test with pure water at 1.5 times maximum working pressure (MWP)
  • Optional tests including Helium and Temperature available upon request
3 Way Ball Valves

PANAM Mini Series Needle Valves are exclusively ¼”, and are designed for small volume applications. Applications include isolation of smaller instrumentation such as receiver gauges and instrument gas in dehydrator and separator packages. Mini Valves are available in MNPT or FNPT configurations in both A105 Carbon Steel and 316 Stainless Steel NACE and stem packings are made of Viton or PTFE Teflon.
