Hex Bar Needle Valves
PANAM check valves are machined with designer durability and maximum efficiency for flow control of gases and fluids in corrosive, and hazardous, environments. They are used in process control, instrumentation, and flow control applications.

Pressure Ratings
- 1/8″ to 3/4″ 316 stainless steel is 5000 PSI cold working pressure (CWP) (345 bar)
- 1″ 316 stainless steel is 3000 PSI CWP (207 bar)
Temperature Ratings
- Viton: 26°C to 190°C (-15°F to 375°F)
- Fluorocarbon rubber: -26°C to 204°C (-15°F to 400°F)
- Buna-N rubber: -34°C to 135°C (-30°F to 275°F)
- Neoprene rubber: 43°C to 121°C (-45°F to 250°F)
Quality Test Procedure
- Nitrogen Gas at 1200 psi (80 bar) to ensure no leakage at seal and seat
- Hydrostatic test with pure water at 1.5 times maximum working pressure (MWP)
- Optional tests including Helium and Temperature available upon request
